Minecraft - Super Hostile series

Finally my microphone stand is doing what it's suppose to do.
Just recorded the first episode of my Minecraft - Super Hostile Series by Vechs - Sea of Flame II 3.0.

Now to edit the whole thing to make it a bit nicer and then upload it to Youtube!

If everything goes as it should, tomorrow i should be able to do some more recording again!
Today i got an email that the package was in Holland, and with a bit of luck it should be delivered at my doorstep tomorrow!

*keeps his fingers crossed*

Microphone stand breaks..

This is just great, i wanted to start recording in the afternoon, and guess what?

My microphone stand just broke off! The point where you can adjust it just gave up on me...
I e-mailed the company where i got it from, so they can give me my money back or sell me one that doesn't just break off like that.

The only thing thats connected to the microphone stand is my mic with a shock booster and a pop filter, and it couldn't even handle that..

Bah :(

I hope i hear from them soon, else i will just buy something elsewhere.

Finally done with that damn intro :)

I recorded a bit of footage now with me speaking over it, first couple of times the sound of the game was way too loud for me to be able to speak through it.
Now i separated the speech and the gameplay video from eachother and it fits nicely, just a bit more editting and we can put it up Youtube!

I still wasn't quite satisfied with the intro, so after a tip from my brother i decided to edit it a little bit more, it now has a crunchy 70's feel to it, and it ends in a Bang :)

Making an Intro

Hello fellow bloggers,

Today i woke up early and started on making my intro for the gameplay commentary series.
It's not really absolutely necessary to make an intro, but i like mucking around with audio files en video files, and it came out quite funny :)

Now for the actual gameplay commentary!

Luck has changed!

When i woke up today, the doorbel rang and guess what!
It's the Audio equipment that i ordered!
This weekend i will be preparing/clearing my voice and with a bit of luck, recording some gameplay video's!

No luck this week..

Bah bah and some more bah..
I got an email that the order won't be delivered until the upcoming Monday, So 4 more days waiting is left...

I want to start making some video's!

YES!

Today i got a text message that the delivery was send, now lets hope it gets in today so we can work on this new adventure i'd like to call "Youtube meets Stalkerkoffie" :)

Diablo 3 tonight!

Hello peeps, for the ones who see this or follow this :)

Tonight Diablo 3 will commence and i would like to start frapsing it, but i still have to wait for my audio set to come in. I will be playing Diablo 3 tonight, just not frapsing it sadly :(

For the ones that will also be playing it, enjoy yourself and rip the mobs a new one :p

Anxious i await..

Today i got the payment for the Audio Equipment done, when i receive a mail from them, it will be the one saying it got send.

Getting really anxious about it, jumping for joy while i wait!

Audio gear, where are thou!

Can't wait till the audio gear will come in! It will probably be Tuesday or Wednesday with a bit of luck.
Till then i am preparing for the series..

Chinese food and good idea's!

So today after eating some Chinese food for dinner, i decided to order/purchase the equipment i need for getting some pro audio to go along with the video.

I ordered the following:
Audio Technic AT2020 USB (Prof. USB Microphone)
The t.Bone MS180 (pop shield)
Samson SP01 (shock mount)
Millenium MS-2005 (Microphone stand)

Hope to get this delivered somewhere early next week. So i can finally start recording and get this show on the road!
